I'm Kaylee — the founder of Ken and a Business Information Systems graduate of Monash University. My work sits where data, technology, and people meet: understanding how personal information moves through the systems we all use every day, and how quietly it ends up exposed.

I started Ken because the tools to protect yourself already exist — they're just scattered, technical, and easy to get wrong. My job is to do it properly on your behalf, explain it in plain language, and stay reachable the whole way through.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits are ready within a few working days. You'll get your report and a link to book your 1:1 walkthrough call as soon as it's done.

What do you need from me?

Just the basics to search accurately — your name, email, phone, and the places you've lived or worked — plus your consent. You choose the scope, and we only ever look at what you authorise.

What if you find something serious?

We flag anything urgent first, in plain language, with the fastest way to shut it down — and we can take it from there for you if you'd like.

How do payments and refunds work?

The audit is a one-off; Protected and Executive & Family are monthly and cancel anytime. Card details are handled securely by our payment provider and never stored by us. If an audit ever turns up nothing actionable, tell us and we'll make it right.

Where's my data kept?

Securely, encrypted, and never sold. We collect the minimum needed and delete what we don't need.
